Fantastic Customer service, Lovely to meet the shop Golden retriever who was very sweet. Got my flowers quickly, in exactly the vase I was picturing- but better. The women working were dealing with two customers at once and phone calls gracefully. I also was offered the service of driving right up to the back door to keep my flowers from getting shocked with the cold weather.

I worked with Botanica Florals for my wedding on 5/20/17 at the Capitol Plaza. Sarah was so excited to help me design my centerpieces and my bouquet. I only had to show her a couple of photos, and she immediately had a vision. She stayed right within my budget, too! A couple of days before my wedding, I brought her a charm and a pendant to put in my bouquet in honor of my father who passed away. She included these pieces into my bouquet in the most creative fashion. I was more than thrilled at the way the bouquet and the centerpieces came out!
