The service that guy's fy provides is bar none! My initial review concluded that they tend to frequently be out of stock on some items. As a result, the owner called me up after reading the review to follow up and assured me that Guy's takes this feedback seriously and they will try to improve their inventory! Some of the items that i have had difficulty buying due to stock issues are, admittedly out of the ordinary. Example: cedar fence posts (which you likely won't find elsewhere) are tricky to source and Guy's does the best they can. It goes without saying that if you have a specific item you're looking for, it's always best to call ahead and make sure that it's in stock. They will be happy to help you out. Every time i go there, this place has some of the best customer service around.

I purchased a bag of Canidae dog food and accidentally left it at the place that I was staying when I went out of town for the long holiday weekend! I went to Guy's to see if they had any sample bags of food (either the same or similar) to get me through two days so I didn't have to spend more money on another bag of food. The woman who helped me was MORE than pleasant and even though she thought they were out of samples, she scrounged around the back room to find something close to what my dog food was to get me by for a few days. She gave me an ARM LOAD of samples without blinking and saved me $20!!
