Great prices on the things I need, and very convenient to my location
I was a customer today at the montpelier location and bought a few items and went I got home realized I didn’t have my one bag with puppy toy in it :( I called the store and spoke with Jill- store manager, who offered to enter me into the Neighbors Club so in case I needed to return an item I easily could!!! Jill was the nicest customer service person I probably EVER spoke with!! Staff at this location are friendly and Dogs are allowed inside!!!
Employees here like to accusing people of stealing, when they really aren’t. Good job to their employee Jillian for making false accusations. Just because some people have stolen in the past doesn’t mean everyone does...
