The service is great.
We have been ORS customers since the early 80's and have spent a small fortune (for us) with them on bikes, clothing and equipment. The owners and staff are exceptional - customer service is as good as it gets and their technical service and recommendations are always spot on. We keep coming back to ORS over the last 40 years because of the people, service and selection.
Nice people good stuff price ... A bit high
Went in looking for day passes to Millstone and info about riding there as we are from out of town. There were no day passes available, acceptable maybe the just ran out... But we were also hoping for a map and some trail tips from locals, which I would expect from a bike shop who is listed as a seller for day passes. There were no maps, and the staff had no information on the trails. That is the reason for the 3 stars. I didn't need to buy anything when I was there, but it seemed like a well stocked shop with good gear.
