The front desk staff do seem to carry the air that they are burdened with providing customer service.
We take our animals here and they are great. Friendly staff and great service for the animals. Prices could be a bit lower.
The above may be related to the following recent discovery: If you want to get your prescriptions from an online distributor, you'll have to send the prescription in via snail mail. I contacted my online pharmacy and they confirmed that they have this clinic on file as "will not fax prescriptions" and requires clients to physically pick up their scripts in order to mail them.
