Good people at the service table, always feel welcome when I'm in the lounge area they provide with food and coffee. Everyone is extremely friendly and always say hello. Will only go to codys with my business.
I just tried to order a clock spring for my 2005 pontiac vibe FROM CODY CHEVORLET.My mechanic told me it would be around $70.When I ordered the part I was stunned that they wanted $299.00 ! I ordered it on E-bay for $49.00 used but they were on sale there for $70.00 as my mechanic had told me.These guys are pure THIEVES!!!!!
This was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I can remember. Jay, Ryan, Mike, and Bob went out of their way to ensure that the transaction was completed smoothly and efficiently. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgable, straightforward, and personable. We love our new truck and couldn't be more pleased with Cody Chevrolet.
Scheduled a tune up, cooling flush, and brake flush. Also specifically asked them to take it for a drive because I had been feeling a hesitation. Upon completion, I asked what they felt when driving it. The lady said he didn't take it far but felt no hesitation and that the new spark plugs must have taken care of it. Paid my 470.00 bill and left. Hesitation persists. Checked the slip. Miles in were the same as miles out. Nobody bothered to drive it. Greasy fingerprints covered the inside of my car. They also did an oil change and charged me for it without asking. I had just done a fully synthetic oil change less than 500 miles ago. I will never go back to them for anything. Incompetence and deceit are things I will not abide by.
Great deal and very friendly people to work with to get what you want. They go out of their way to make you happy and no question is left unanswered.
