Truly! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude for the care and concern I have received at Formula Ford. NEVER have I been so well taken care of with the uniqueness of my needs and situation at the forefront of everything they did for me. I am once again driving my favorite model of car , the Ford Escape, something I didn't think could happened again for me. Everyone made the entire experience truly fun with their good humor and willingness to help me BEYOND the normal call of duty--even to helping me return my rental car.
We were traveling out of state when we needed emergency service on our Ford F250. The service writer was great as was the technician. They fit us into their schedule. I would highly recommend this dealer.
Horrible service, clearly safety isn't a priority to FMC. Bring my car in to be fixed just to find out they only fixed what they wanted to. Replaced my door latches but the real issue is my transmission which skips like crazy. I feel so unsafe in this car and for my line of work I need to have a safe, reliable vehicle. Not happy with Formula Ford to say the least and honestly wish I never bought this car with all the problems it's had.

Terry Winters in the service dept was fabulous. I was being a bit of a difficult customer, and he went out of his way to satisfy me, which he did. Also really enjoyed my shuttletrips into town by Carl.
In past years, I was pleased with the service department of Formula and look forward to benefiting from their experience again.

Mike, the finance miracle worker and my salesman Pat who defies description. He is simply a dear who will do everything he can to help including arranging my snow tires! I am most grateful to them all.
I absolutely loved the service I received! I went in for a electrical issue with my car, and ended up leaving with a new one! (It was time) I did not feel forced, the staff was knowledgeable and I am truly happy with the outcome! I would recommend these folks for your automotive needs!
