The technician was very friendly and they explained everything thoroughly. I didn't like the process of trying to get me to buy extra equipment. Overall everything went fine.. Great experience..

I'm very satisfied with the installation and I would like to make commendation on how patient the security advisor was , waited in front of my house to hear a respond from me because I overslept and I didn't hear any knocking on my door nor ringing on my iPhone. Otherwise, I have to make another appointment for the installation which I don't think I have more time cause I'm leaving town for vacation the following day. That saved my day!! After the installation, I feel my home is safe and secured even when I'm far away.
